Nova Law commits to protecting our Clients’ private information. Please read the Privacy Policy of Users’ Personal Information (“Privacy Policy”) below to understand better the commitments that Nova Law makes, to respect and protect your privacy rights. By providing your Personal Information (“Information”), use the Website novalaw.vn (“Website”), you acknowledge, agree to abide by this Privacy Policy, and as well as its accompanying edits and changes.

To contact Nova Law or comment on articles on the Website, Clients will be asked to provide the following Information:

- Email address
- Legal Concerns
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION?
Nova Law may use those Information to:
- Contact directly and provide legal services to Clients
- Response to Clients’ questions and complaints (if any)
- Perform promotional activities related to Nova Law services (with Clients’ prior consent)
- Provide Clients’ Information at the lawful requests of a competent authority
Nova Law is a law firm, we don’t make money from ads. So, we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you.
Clients’ Information will only be accessed and used by our authorized people. We commit not to share our Clients’ Information with third parties, unless a Client’s prior consent is obtained by confirmation email/in writing, or as required by law.
Nova Law commits to using all technical measures to ensure the safety and security of Information that We collect and store, and to prevent the following acts:
- Steal or gain unauthorized access to Information;
- Unauthorized use of Information;
- Unauthorized alteration or destruction of Information.
INFORMATION STORAGE TIME
Clients’ Information will be stored at Nova Law for 2 years.
HOW TO ACCESS AND CORRECT INFORMATION
Currently, the website novalaw.vn has not implemented a specific tool that users can edit and cancel registered Information.
- If the Information is incorrect, Clients can register other new information, or directly contact Nova Law’s hotline or email (Section 6) to report the new Information, our administrator will correct the Client’s information;
- If Clients want to cancel the registered Information, please report to Nova Law’s hotline number, and email (Section 6), then our administrator will cancel the Information.
UPDATE PRIVACY POLICY
Nova Law reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it regularly. If there are important changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the information here, or with a notice on the homepage for Clients’ awareness.
